Q: Who are you?

A: My name is Tim Thomas. I am a master personal trainer living in the Smyrna GA. I have been personal training for over 15 years now. I’ve trained in Tampa, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and just about every city in of the Atlanta Metro area which includes 4 counties (Fulton – Cobb – Dekalb – Gwinnett).

Q: What are the benefits of workout out?

A: There are many reasons to get fit! Are you kidding?

Q: What is the workout all about?

A: The workout is called TABATAS. Tabatas is a circuit training workout. We do 8 exercises in 4 minutes for 1 set. We do 4 sets to add up to a 30 minute fitness camp workout.

Upper Body, Lower Body, ABS, Combination. ABs and high intensity cardio is included in all workout sets!

Q: Is the fitness camp indoors or outdoors?

A: The fitness camps is always OUTSIDE at either a park, tennis court, etc.
Q: What do you do when it rains?

A: We have to stay in close communication with text messaging so nobody waste time and gas.

Depending on the location, I always have an alternate location to avoid the rain. If the rain is too bad, we always make up sessions on Saturday mornings.

SAMPLE TABATAS WORKOUTS

Q: How long is the workout?

A: 30 minutes of high intensity exercises. 4 sets of 4 minute Tabatas workouts.

8 exercises in 4 minutes. Each exercise last 20 seconds then 10 seconds rest then exercise then rest.

Q: What kind of exercises will we be doing?

A: Pushing, lunging, jumping, running type of exercises
Q: Can I join if I have an ankle, knee injury, or black injury?

A: I recommend not to join. Only join if you are cleared by your doctor.
Q: Do I give out meal plans?

A: NO. Grown people should not have to be told what to eat. My camps teach people about what foods and ingredients to stay away from. Everybody eats different things, so I do not tell everybody to run out and eat oatmeal or almonds or salad all day.
Q: Is your fitness camp for women only?

A: The fitness camp is co-ed. Men and women can join.
Q: Can I sign up my out-of-shape teenager?

A: The youngest age is 16 years old. As long as the teen is accompanied by an adult.
Q: What is the oldest age you accept?

A: The oldest is 55 years and have no injuries.
