THIS IS A FACT PEOPLE! 10-15 MINUTES AT MOST ON A TREADMILL.

  • Do interval training.
  • Join a Tabatas Fitness Boot Camp.
  • You only need approx. 30 minutes a day of training…. mostly weight training.
