MSG Substitute Names found in the ingredient labels:
- Caseinate
- Hydrolyzed
- Autolyzed Yeast
- Aspartame
- Artificial Sweeteners
- Disodium Guanylate
- Disodium Inosinate
Just because the food says it contains no MSG, you better read the ingreients. They might be sneaking these ingredients in which is still MSG.
